Card is redeemed by entering its 10-digit number in the discount code field at checkout. Card cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. Flat-Wear is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the card. For balance inquiry, card number can be emailed to hello-there@flat-wear.com. Card can be used at any time and does not expire.
SHIPPING INFO +
U.S. Flat rate: $5 per order + $1 per item.
CANADA Flat rate: $10 per order + $2 per item.
EUROPE flat rate: $20 per order + $1 per item. (DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.) Combine orders with a friend and share the cost of shipping!
