We are happy to ship to other countries on request. Email us a list of the items you’d like to purchase, your country, and postal code, and we’ll get back to you with shipping cost.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S. +

Flat rate: $5 per order + $1 per item

Pillows incur an additional fee because of their size. The specific fee depends on destination (shipping zone) and in some cases, whether there are one or more pillows in the order. These fees can be found in the shipping dropdown menu on each pillow’s page. Please refer to the zone map here or via the link on each pillow’s page before placing your order.

U.S. orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail® or USPS Priority Mail®. Transit time for both is 1-3 days. Orders containing two or more pillows ship via FedEx Ground (transit time 1-5 days to the continental U.S.).

SHIPPING TO CANADA +

Flat rate: $10 per order + $2 per item

Pillows incur an additional fee because of their size. These fees are $25 for one pillow and $5 for each additional pillow. They can be found in the shipping dropdown menu on each pillow’s page.

Most Canadian orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail®. Orders containing one or more pillows ship via USPS Priority Mail®. Transit time for both is 6-10 days.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE +

Flat rate: $20 per order + $1 per item

Our shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees. Each country has its own laws and regulations that make it too difficult for us to predict what those fees might be. Therefore, we must make them the responsibility of our European customers.

European orders ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service® (transit time 7-21 business days). Orders containing one or more pillows ship via USPS Priority Mail International®. (transit time 6-10 business days). Transit times are estimates as USPS does not guarantee international delivery on a certain date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES +

We hope you love your Flat-Wear as much as we loved creating it. We take great care to develop quality products, photograph and describe our products clearly, and provide information about materials, dimensions, and sizing. We encourage you to review these things carefully and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email or our contact form before you make a purchase. We think communication can minimize the trouble and expense of returns and get you wearing your love of Flat-Coats on something new as soon as possible!

However, we understand an item may not be quite what you expected or you may find that the t-shirt you ordered doesn’t fit. If this is the case, please contact us via email or our contact form and we will coordinate with you to return or exchange the item.

(PLEASE NOTE) Items must be returned to Flat-Wear within 30 days of receipt and must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Flat-Wear. If you are requesting an exchange, you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you (at our standard flat rates as detailed above).

In the event that we have accidentally shipped you a defective item, please contact us via email as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Describe the problem as best you can and attach a photo or two if possible. We will coordinate with you to replace the item at our expense.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING +

Shipping costs are higher than we’d like them to be, but they simply are what they are. Please know we have thoroughly researched the discounted options available to us as a very small business and our rates reflect the lowest we can obtain. We will periodically reassess to see if we can access or qualify for further carrier discounts that we can pass on to you.
